India Nye Wenner is a senior at the Brearley School in New York City with a strong interest in political, climate, and human-interest journalism. She has written for Rolling Stone, Teen Vogue, and The East Hampton Star, and is a staff writer for her school newspaper, The Zephyr. Her recent work explores how federal, state, and local policy decisions affect everyday Americans, and she is drawn to producing deeply reported, narrative-driven feature pieces.
